Jason Roberts and Rachel Schneider have always been fascinated by the world of real estate. In 2001, while still in their early 20’s, Jason and Rachel decided that instead of working for someone else, they would rather be in charge of their own destiny and opened a mortgage company. They eventually built that business into a multi-million dollar company, where they closed over 3000 real estate transactions. Then the market crashed and they had to find a new way to use their real estate talents. That is when they went into real estate investing and started down a new path. Implementing the real estate strategies they have honed over time they have since closed well north of 300+ real estate transactions (pre-foreclosures/short sales, wholesales, probates, etc.)
Having seen pretty much everything, they decided to funnel that expertise into their true passion; sharing their knowledge with other investors. They now run a top coaching program with the nation’s leading investors, own a profitable hard money lending company, with over 2 million dollars in loans out to their coaching students at any given time, share their wealth of knowledge as co-owners of their local REIA all the while continuing to flip houses.
Josh and Audrey Borcherding
Real Estate Investing Experts
Josh and Audrey Borcherding reside in west-central Wisconsin. They have been in full-time real estate for the past 12 years. Their journey began in multi-family investing, by purchasing a 4-plex through a short sale, from there they continued to purchase multi-family properties and currently own approximately 130 units.
Audrey became a real estate broker over 10 years ago and currently brokers two companies (residential and commercial). Their main focus being the boutique brokerage, Copper Key Home Solutions. Through that company Josh and Audrey buy, renovate, and sell homes in the tri-county area around Eau Claire. They love to help homeowners out of challenging situations like foreclosure, probate, divorce, etc. The focus is always on serving others and helping to improve the community around them.
As coaches, Josh and Audrey love to help people discover and fulfill their own potential in order to take action toward lives of abundance, gratitude, and joy. They are passionate about sharing their knowledge, good and bad, that they’ve acquired over years of building real estate businesses, raising 3 young kids, and maintaining a healthy marriage through it all!

Keith and Shannon are a husband and wife entrepreneurial team who love building businesses and helping other people by offering the best services, support and products available anywhere! Their independent endeavors began in May 2005, when both of them quit their Corporate America jobs. Although they did not know each other at that time, they both had worked for the same Fortune 5 Company in different departments and cities! Since they met, they have been full time real estate investors, business owners, marketers and coaches completing over 500 creative real estate transactions using a vast array of different strategies including traditional wholesaling, rehabbing, sandwich lease options, private lending, subject-to’s, and short sales to name a few.
Keith and Shannon strive everyday to experience a Life by Deliberate Design–living where they want, taking lots of time off, and thoroughly enjoying helping others through their business and life endeavors. Matt Hodkiewicz and Tina Palma

Matt Hodkiewicz and Tina Palma are real estate investors in Wisconsin. They have a family that includes 4 adult children and an adorable dog. They enjoy camping, golf, skiing, and traveling. They have been actively investing in real estate since 2015. In that timeframe, they have done dozens of flips and acquired 130+ units as rentals. They actively invest using several strategies and continue to be excited about sharing their knowledge with the REI Blueprint community.
Gabe Ruffolo
Short Sale Expert
Gabe Ruffolo has always been involved in real estate in some capacity. Starting at a young age, he was fascinated by the ins and outs of real estate and home ownership. During the housing crisis in the mid 2000’s Gabe accepted a job as a short sale loss mitigator at Chase Bank, helping the bank determine what amount of loss they were willing to accept from delinquent homeowners. After working 70 to 80 hours a week, hearing stories of family’s hardships and loss, he decided he wanted to make a change. He attended a Short Sale Negotiation presentation at his local REIA and the light bulb when off. Helping homeowner’s navigate through the complexities of a short sale and easing the burden facing them became his passion.
Over the last few years, Gabe and his wife Janet, have helped hundreds of families face one of the toughest hurdles in their lives; facing foreclosure. Because of his success and his passion for what he does, Gabe has begun expanding his business to other areas and states, offering relief for homeowners across the country and teaching others to do the same. All of this is done in half the time he used to work at the “Big Bank”. He now has time to enjoy spending time riding his Harley with his wife Janet, enjoying trips and activities with his son’s Thomas and Tony, and living his vision.
